Pick up schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm unless otherwise stated. Please let us know before you plan on picking up to ensure there will be a team member available to help you.
Most orders will be available for next day pickup.
Delivery schedule:
We will ship your products out within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped out the following Tuesday.

Keep in mind, the login for your Jane account and the login to Shopify are different! You will need an account for each.
